MyCentre been causing you some trouble?
Late last year MyCentre was introduced as the University’s new student management system. From MyCentre you can enrol in units, request exam timetables, submit forms, and so much more. To help you master MyCentre, we have put together some handy hints and tips.
Troubleshooting Troublesome Technology
Do you ever find yourself becoming frustrated because MyCentre just isn’t showing you what it should be?
The solution can be as easy as changing the web browser you are using, as MyCentre is most compatible with Google Chrome.
If you do not already have Google Chrome installed, do yourself a favour and click here to download it right now! You can also get the Google Chrome app for smartphones, tablets or iPads by visiting the App Store or Google Play.
Do I have a Different Student ID?
No. But you now have an additional ID that you may have discovered in MyCentre.
The Student ID listed on your Offer Letter is still your primary ID and should be used when contacting the University or using University systems. The additional ID will also work, however, it is not necessary to remember or use this new ID.
Transcripts, Schedules & Other Reports
Need a copy of your Unofficial Transcript or Enrolment Advice? Do you have a Deferred or Supplementary Exam approaching and need to know your Exam Timetable?
Getting your hands on these is now much easier in MyCentre! Requesting any of these is now all it takes, and a copy will be emailed directly to your Student Email account (pretty nifty right?).

The e-mail contained no information about the draft exam time table

Your Draft Examination timetable can be found in MyCentre. This timetable is for the upcoming June 2017 exam period. If you have any feedback on the draft timetable, please submit an Examinations Enquiry eForm prior to the 11 April.

I’m with Tertia here. The email doesn’t give any clear instructions.
I found my exam time evetually, by clicking on the calendar, then clicking through week by week, untill I saw “1 record” near the top of the screen. Then finally scrolled down to see the time.
Not sure if that’s the easiest way to do it.
