Term has started, settling-in time is over, and you’re probably beginning to feel a bit of pressure as your first assessment tasks start coming together.
Sometimes asking for help can be a daunting task, but, never fear, GOAL is here. If you haven’t heard of GOAL before, here’s what you need to know…
#1 Work at your own pace
GOAL (aka Get Optimistic About Learning) is a self paced online program dedicated to supporting you throughout university study.
You can choose from eight different topic areas based on your personality. No, this is not one of those online personality quizzes we all love to do…
#2 There are useful resources and activities
Each topic area, from managing stress to your healthy self-esteem levels, will guide you through different tools, tips, and inspiration to overcome anything.
Use the various GOAL resources including things like fact sheets, term and weekly planners to complete activities and focus exercises to get you back on the path to success.
#3 It’s in your Student Portal
Why not get the ball rolling and discover GOAL? Accessible for all students, it can be found in your Student Portal.
