Introducing My eQuals

CQUniversity will be launching My eQuals in January 2020.

My eQuals is an online platform that allows you to safely share certified digital copies of degrees and transcripts.

It works by allowing CQUniversity to certify and upload digital versions of academic transcripts and graduation documents via the My eQuals platform. You can then use My eQuals to share these documents with anyone you choose, including employers, universities and other parties.

Documents are securely stored and can be accessed anytime, from anywhere.

Who is this available to?

In the first phase, testamur and transcripts will be issued free of charge for students who graduated from 2019 onwards.

Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements (AHEGS) will be available in the next phase – stay tuned.

How do I access My eQuals

To access My eQuals:

1.Request a digital transcript or testamur
2.Keep an eye on your student email account for an invitation from My eQuals
3.Follow the steps in the email to sign in and access your digital awards.

Once you have formally requested digital documents, you will receive an email informing you that CQUniversity has issued your digital documents, with instructions on how to access them via My eQuals. You then have the ability to access and share these documents with anyone you choose.
