Well, 2018 was an incredibly busy year for us in the Change Champion team! Across five regions we delivered events, activities and workshops for students and staff with the aim of engaging and inspiring people to get involved in Social Innovation.

The Office of Social Innovation has empowered us as Change Champs to be leaders on our local campus, and we are super excited to enable more people to kick-start their changemaker journey in 2019! Have you ever travelled the United States in 2 days??? Well, I just did.

You must be thinking that I am crazy but it actually happened in April where I had a wonderful opportunity to travel to Boston from Australia (Melbourne).

Let’s begin the story of my journey…….

It was the morning of 4^th April 2018 when I travelled to Sydney from Melbourne where I met other friends who were travelling with me to Boston, Massachusetts. So, to be more precise, we travelled from Sydney to Los Angeles (which was the first international flight to the USA), Los Angeles to Atlanta and finally Atlanta to Boston. So, after 36 hours of flight and transit time, we arrived in Boston.
