From March 2021, CQUniversity will not be renewing its SurveyMonkey subscription, given the August 2020 release of its preferred platform, Qualtrics.
This means that from March 2021, you will not be able to access SurveyMonkey with CQUniversity’s subscription or retrieve any data.
If you are using the University’s SurveyMonkey subscription, you will need to transition your surveys to the Qualtrics platform. This transition will need to occur preferably prior to 31 December 2020. To help you with this transition, drop-in sessions have been organised.
These sessions will run from 12 noon to 1 pm on:
- Friday, 23 October
- Wednesday, 11 November
- Friday, 13 November.

If you are satisfied that you have downloaded all your SurveyMonkey data, please email [email protected] by 30 October to confirm that you no longer require access to SurveyMonkey.
If you have any active surveys in SurveyMonkey that will still be collecting data after 30 November 2020, please contact [email protected] by Friday, 30 October to advise when your survey is due to close.
