Q: How can I receive my COE?

A: To receive your COE, ensure all conditions (if any) on your offer letter have been met before accepting and paying.

Q: When will I receive my COE?

A: After CQUniversity has received notice that you have accepted your offer, received documents to meet any conditions and processed your payment, we will issue an email a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) to you or your agent (if an authorised agent has assisted you with your application).

This usually takes 7–10 business days.
