So you’ve decided to take the plunge and jump into furthering your education.

In coming to this decision, you’ve realised that physically attending classes every day or several times a week isn’t possible for you.

You’ve got other commitments – a job, a family or maybe you aren’t living near one of our locations.

You’ve looked into studying online by online education, but you’re unsure what it means for you and how it all works.

Did you know? CQUniversity Australia is a leading online education provider and a pioneer in the field. As one of the first Australian universities to offer online and mixed-mode study, we’ve put together a quick guide to help you understand distance education.

SO WHAT IS ONLINE EDUCATION?

Studying online provides you with the flexibility to study your dream course, without the need to visit a CQUniversity location*. In many cases, you’ll enjoy access to online discussion forums, electronic library resources, regular contact with lecturers and tutors, as well as online study materials.
