Ask a Librarian – Online Super Sessions

Do you want to save time and find the best sources of information for your assignments?

Join our online librarians in Term 3: Week 3 for Ask A Librarian ‘Super Sessions’. Why a Super Session? A Super Session is an opportunity for students to learn how to get the most out of our CQUni Library.

Come along and find out how to search specific journals, find evidence-based practice information sources, use Library Search effectively to find just what you need and download and view and save your chosen articles for later viewing.

These sessions are all online, so you can access them from wherever you are!

What’s on the program?

Thursday, 28 November 5.30 – 6.30pm
• Finding peer reviewed journal articles

Friday, 29 November 1-2pm
• Finding evidence-based practice information sources

Sessions are delivered in Queensland Time.

Elle Mccosker (

Hi, I'm Elle! I am a proud CQUni Business and Prof Comm graduate and current member of the CQUni Student Communications team. After 3 years of coordinating major student milestones from orientation right through to graduation, I have a passion for creating memorable and valuable student experiences! I remember Uni life all too well - from the frequent procrastination, occasional meltdown and over-consumption of caffeine. I'm excited to show you not only how to survive the roller coaster we call University, but how to enjoy the ride!
